Calvin Prodger

​The President serves as the leader of the Alpha Kappa Alpha chapter, guiding its overall direction and overseeing chapter operations. They set goals in collaboration with advisors and officers, manage committee appointments, and ensure the successful completion of projects. The President represents the chapter at key meetings and events, maintains connections with the college administration, and plays a crucial role in the chapter’s strategic planning and execution.

Vice President of Scholarship

Gregory Woods

The VP of Scholarship focuses on promoting academic excellence among members. They coordinate scholarship opportunities, manage academic recognition programs, and work to enhance the scholarly environment within the chapter. Their role involves creating initiatives that encourage high academic achievement and recognizing members for their accomplishments.

Vice President of Leadership

Amina Abdi

The VP of Leadership is responsible for developing and implementing leadership training and development programs. They also support members in taking on leadership roles within the chapter and beyond.

Vice President of Service

The VP of Service coordinates community service projects and initiatives. They work to identify and organize volunteer opportunities, collaborate with local organizations, and promote active participation in service activities. Their goal is to foster a spirit of giving back and making a positive impact on the community.

Miah Moore

The VP of History & Recruitment manages the chapter’s historical records and oversees recruitment efforts. They document chapter activities, maintain historical archives, and coordinate efforts to attract and onboard new members. Their role includes planning recruitment events and ensuring that the chapter’s history is preserved and shared with prospective members.
