What’s your favorite way to help members feel more connected to each other?
"My favorite way to help members feel connected to one another is by hosting events that members want to attend. In return, members are able to feel a sense of community."
How do you plan to encourage members to build meaningful relationships within the chapter?
"I plan to encourage members to build meaningful relationships by starting conversations! When people talk, they get to know each other and build stronger, more meaningful relationships in return."
What do you think makes a successful fellowship experience beyond just attending events?
"Beyond just attending events, a successful Fellowship experience also includes the ability to keep an open mind. It’s easy to show up to events, but it can be difficult (yet emotionally rewarding) to actively try your best to listen to the topics at hand—even if you might not fully understand or agree. The goal of Fellowship is collaboration, and we wouldn’t be able to achieve that without embracing various perspectives."
